Visitors may use the contact details and links provided on the website to submit an enquiry or message. In doing so, personal data provided directly by the visitor is processed.

To handle your request, we primarily process:

• The content of your message.

• Receiving and handling messages or enquiries,
• Communicating with the sender,
• Preparing an offer or taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: where the enquiry concerns steps taken prior to entering into a contract (pre-contractual relations).
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in properly handling business communications and ensuring the secure operation of the website.

Contact messages and related email correspondence are retained until the matter has been fully resolved. The retention period begins when the visitor knowingly submits the message.

If the message results in an order, a contractual relationship, an accounting document or a complaint, the data will continue to be retained for the statutory periods applicable to accounting and records management.
